Mrs. Emerson Wein, Eleanor
and Orville have returned from a
motor trip to Logan, Utah, to
visit With Mr. and Mrs. Ross
Wein. They saw the Mormon
Temple at Salt Lake City, the
copper mines near Denver, and
the breathtaking view from the
mountains. At one point they
climbed so high that they saw

the gift of a lamp and orna-
ments. Mrs. Alvin Finkbeiner
read the address of tribute. The
evening was spent at cards and
crokinole.
The Wade family reunion was
held at the home of Mr. and Mrs.
John Wade with 20 members
attending. The occasion also
marked the celebration of the
ninetieth birthday of Mr. Wade's
father.
Guests at the home of Mr.
and Mrs. J. L. Taylor last week
were Mrs. Jean Mickle of Leam-
ington and Chris Craig of Wal-
laceburg.
