THE KIND KING
BY: Mary Easton
Grade 2 - U.C.S.
Long, long ago a kinciking lived
in a great house. It was a cold
Winter night when the king saw a
poor woodcutter coming up a path.
Be had many patches on his
clothes and holes in his boots
too.
The king called to the page.
The king said, i(Who is that
man?" The page said "It is a
poor woodcutter." The king told
the page to get clothes and food
for him. They took it to the
poor man. They felt happy then.

evry way I can. We send our
old toys to the orphanage. Park
Hung Jin and his family live

THE CHRISTMAS PAGENT
By: Robin Little
EPS
On December seventeenth at
seven o:clock we had the pagent.
We had to get makeup on. I had
to get lipstick on and rudge on,
They had real sheep and used our
baby Daryl for Jesus. The sheep
didn't stay for the whole pagent
but Daryl did. He didn't cry once.
We had to go real slow. I am a
torch barer. The incence smelled
awful. I was swetting. I got my
makeup off from Mrs. May.
CHRISTMAS TO ME
By: John Miner

Christmas is not just Saint Nick,
Or presents from ones dear to
me.
You may think my idea of Christ-

So I will tell you my idea so you
can see.

WHO IS SANTA CLAUS?
By: Cathy Miller
Grade 3 - U.C.S,
He is a little fat man with a
long white beard.
He is always dressed up in a
red suit and black boots with a
red and white cap. He brings us
lots of toys. He also knows when
we are good or bad.
We always hang our socks on a
chair or the chimney fireplace.
They are bright or Santa can't
see them.
Mom and Dad and we kids were
asleep and wishing that Santa
Claus would come.
CHRISTMAS DAY
By: Jimmy Vert
EPS
Do you know what I like best
at Christmas? I like when you
get up in the morning and go to
the Christmas tree and open
the presents.
This yir I want a cemestry
set. The twins want magic wood
it sticks together with know nails
or glue.
Saint Nick does not ride on a
sleigh,
Nor has a beard white and gray;
But is the spirit of giving and
making things gay,
His spirit should live on through
every day.
SANTA'S HELPERS
By: Helen Brand
EPS
If I could be one of Santa's
helpers, I would make the toys
ready for him to give the boys
and girls. I would pack the toys,
and get the eight raindeers ready,
and bring a exckstira bag of salt
along for the bad girls and boys.
The good girls and boys would
get lots of toys; like an fire
truck, and a doll, I would get
my baby sitter a new flufy dog
and a new blanket and a new
dress. I would get Mom and
Dad a new alarm clock too. So,
to you a Merry Christmas.
53
And the presents too, I think
should
Not be the most important thing.
But the memory of Christ would
Bring joy to people and make
them sing.
PARK HUNG JIN
By: Cam Brock
Grade 2 - EPS
I wold like to go to see Park
Hung Jin. and I will like him to
sho me arownd and then I will
bring him home to my house
and I will let him sleep in my
bed and I will sleep under the
bed and in the morning I will
tack him to my school.
