VETS LEAD
A trio of veteran Zurich Lum-
ber King performers led the way
in the team's double victory over
the past week, In St. Marys, Wed-
nesday, Dick Bedard gained pitch-
ing credit for the 5-2 win while
Don O'Brien and George Haggitt
provided the batting punch.
In Walkerton Sunday, O'Brien
and Haggitt again teamed up to
provide the momentum for the
Kings' '7-4 win.
O'Brien went the full nine inn-
ing route on the Zurich hill and
joined with Haggitt to take home
the hitting glory. Each clubbed a
two-run homer in the fourth inn-
ing to propel the Kings on their
way to victory.

WARNING
YOUR CHILD MAY
DIE
Look out your window. Do you see a child
playing? Is it your child? It may be a child
you have never met but if you could save his
or her life, would you? You can right now!
Disarm that lethal refrigerator, the one on
the back porch or in the back yard or in the
field across the street. Make it harmless by
sealing it tight or rendering it unclosable.
Save the life of that child.
