Things are starting to shape
up pretty good for the summer
now. We have two leaders for the
playground, Miss Carla Reving-
ton and Miss Kathy Mathers. Any
mothers interested in their child-
ren taking part in these activities
can contact myself here at the
Centre or at home, phone 227-

We are keeping the ball dia-
monds pretty busy these days
with six ball teams on the go:
squirt, pee wee and bantam mid-
get in baseball, with two public
school girls' teams and one high
school and ladies' team in soft-

the Lucan Cubs to a game of soft-
ball or vice versa, this Thursday
night at '7 pm June 15 here at the
Centre, so come on all you ball
fans and watch the battle between
youth and age. I'll put my money
with the ladies.
We have our pool pretty well
ready and expect to open on June
