Strike up the band... it's
strawberry time! Time to start
making up all your fresh straw-
berry recipes once again and
naturally you'll want to team
them up with all those dairy
foods that Canadians everywhere
salute this June Dairy Month.
For, although, we use dairy
foods all year round day in day
out, June's the month we set
aside to especially honor them,
and here are three new straw-
berry dessert creations com-
bining June berries with such
dairy foods as whipped cream,
cream cheese, sour cream and
whipped evaporated milk.

or and Wedding Benediction.
Given in marriage by her
brother, Fred S. Wolfe, the bride
wore a floor-length gown of white
peau do faille. The bodice was
highlighted by a scoop neckline,
long, sheath lily point sleeves
and an empire waist, all en-
hanced by appliques of Guipure
lace. The fullness of the A-line
skirt was gently controlled and
a detachable panel cascaded at
the back from the waist and was
completely silhouetted with the
same lace. A headpiece of Gui-
pure lace petals touched with
tiny seed pearls held her finger-
tip veil of silk illusion, She
carried a bouquet of yellow roses,
lily of the valley, white mums and
ivy.
Miss Murielle Lacaille, Wil-
lowdale, was maid of honor and
bridesmaids were Miss Diane
Spence, Willowdale, Miss Wendy
Barkley, Waterloo, and Miss Jo-
Ann Hotson, Grand Bend. The
attendants were gowned alike in
soft buttercup yellow chiffon in
floor-length. The sleeveless
gowns were accented by empire
waists and semi-fitted sheath
skirts. A wedding band collar
was detachable and featured two
panels which fell softly over the
shoulders to the floor. The collar
and waists were trimmed with a
multi-colored re-embroidered
Swiss lace. They wore matching
rosette headpieces accented by
cocktail veils and carried baskets
of yellow roses, white carnations,
lily of the valley and ivy with
moss green velvet ribbons.
Glen Gratton, Niagara Falls,
was best man and Gary McFalls,
Lucan, Paul Turnbull, and Emer-
son Gill, both of Grand Bend,
ushered guests.
A reception was held at the
Victorian Inn, Stratford, where
the bride's mother received
guests in an ensemble of multi-
colored French sheer in rose
tones and white profile hat and
matching accessories. The
groom's mother chose a sheath
of blue peau de charme with
Alencon lace in matching blue
appliqued from shoulder to skirt
hem. Both mothers wore a white
orchid and mum corsage.
For travelling in Southern On-
tario the bride wore a white
virgin wool dress and coat with
multi-colored hat, black acces-
sories and yellow sweetheart
rose corsage.
The couple will reside in Grand
Bend.
