RULES
1. Entry to consist of three (3) hogs,
2. All stock exhibited must be the actual bona fide property of
the exhibitor and fed for a period of 90 days immediately
preceding the exhibition.
3. Prizes will be awarded on the carcass basis. Judging will
be done at the packing plant which purchased the hogs by
a Grading Inspector of the Marketing Service, Dominion De-
partment of Agriculture,

under, tack optional - To be judged on riding ability and

Rider to be neatly dressed in suitable western show attire.
Horses to walk, jog and lope on a reasonably loose rein without
undue restraint. Judge may ask for added performance suitable
to a pleasure horse in case of a tie. Score: Neatness of horse and
rider-1.0 points; manners-20 points; performance-60 points; con-
formation-10 points. Added Disqualifications: Martingales and
tie-downs.

Rules
1. All rules will be strictly enforced.
2. Judges' decision to be final.
3. Diploma for best animal in. all classes.
4. In Class 10 all saddle ponies must be ridden by boy or girl
who have not reached their sixteenth birthday.
5. Road horses must go half mile race and be judged in front of
stand.
6. A list of specials donated and time-table of showing will be
given to the exhibitors at the time of making entries.
7. Classes will be judged in the order they appear in prize list.
8. Entries may be made in the name of a bona fide owner or
under the name of a stable or farm.
9. In harness classes, tandems or pairs, the names and par-
ticulars of the two horses to be shown together must be given.
It is not permissable to make entry in the name of one
horse and mate. Combined ownership is permitted only in
fourhorse hitch.
10. Exhibitors must have their horses prepared and be ready
to enter the ring when their class is called. Those not ready
when called will not be allowed to enter the ring or compete.
11. The horse show committee reserve the right to postpone
the show if for any reason they deem it advisable.
12, All riders, drivers, attendants and grooms must be neatly
and suitably attired entering the ring.
