WELLWOOD GILL GRAND BEND The Grand Bend Women's In- stitute held its annual meeting Thursday in the town hall with a good attendance. Mrs, Harold Walper presided for opening and business. Roll call was answered by naming a change I would like fo see made in WI procedure. The motto "Use friendship as a draw- ing account, but don't forget the deposit', was given by Mrs. Well- wood Gill. Mrs. Emery DesJar- dine read a poem. Reports were given by all con- venors. Mrs. Ed Gill gave a report of Board of directors meeting at Hensall. Mrs. Leroy Bariteau gave a report of Exeter Hospital. Grand Bend WI was invited to serve lunch May 9 at the auxiliary meeting, Mrs. Fred Beer, district pres- ident, brought greetings and in- stalled the officers for 1967-68. Mrs. Elgin Webb brought in the slate of officers.
