Surely a sign of spring are
the six kids born this week to
the goats owned by Mr. Clarence
Moon. Though the nannies share
a common stable, all is not well
if an offspring wanders to the
wrong mother. There is deter-
mined butting, and the bleating
kids are sometimes knocked off
their feet. By trial and error they
find the right mother and har-
mony is restored.
