Miss Audrey Finkbeiner was geest speaker and showed pic- tures of her work in St. Lucia. Miss Finitheiner was introduced by Mrs. Robert Keyes and Mrs. Louise Wilson thanked her and presented her with a gift. The opening devotion was given by Mrs. Alan Hemmingway as- sisted by Mrs. Douglas Dawe. Mrs. Robert Keyes presided for the business, Mrs. G, E, Morrow gave a report of the UCW Presbyterial, Lunch was served by Mrs, Glen DesJardine, Mrs. Jim Love, Mrs. E. Bestard and Mrs. Art Heist. Mrs. Allan Mil- ler conducted the opening wor- ship assisted by Mrs. Garnet Patterson. Her theme was "The Cross". Mrs. Miller sang a solo accompanied by Mrs. Clarke Kennedy at the piano. Mrs. Harold Walper gave study book chapter on “The Church Grows in Canada". Mrs, Alex Hamilton presided for the business. A number of articles were on display for the leprosy mission but will be held over till the April meeting. Mrs. Hamilton announced the General Meeting on March 21 with Green- way ladies leading in worship and program, also White Cross luncheon on Good Friday. Lunch was served by Mrs. Ed Turnbull and Mrs. Raymond Kad- ing. Creery was named a delegate for one day to the National Convention in Guelph June 12-16. Mrs. Clifton Jaques reported on the progress of the float committee and the centen- nial spoons to be sold to members for one dollar were discussed. Plans for the Centennial Tea being held at the hospital April 30 were discussed. A display of antiques especially in medical or nursing equipment will be shown. This event is being dir- ected by the centennial committee which includes Mrs. Elmer Bell, Mrs. M. L. Geiser, Mrs. A. Whilsmith, Mrs. Jack Doerr, Mrs. R. C. Dinney, Mrs. J. G. Dunlop and Mrs. M. C. Fletcher. Part of the equipment which the Auxiliary are purchasing for the hospital has arrived and more is on order. Ross Huff favored with a Mr. and Mrs. Ray Lammie visited Tuesday of last week with friends in Halton and rel- atives in Toronto.
