replace those whose term of office expires, and to transact
all business as may be done at a general meeting of the
policyholders.
The retiring directors are: Edmond Hendrick, Crediton; Theo
Steinbach, Zurich and Etra Webb, Grand Bend, who are el-
igible for re-election. Also there will be a separate ballet
to fill the vacancy of Otto Willert, Dashwood for a one-year
term. Mr. W illett has resigned from office, effective February
24, 1967,

The Ilderton Bantams and pee wee
played their second game against
Dorchester Feb. 14, at Ingersoll
arena. This is a home and home
total goals series.
Friday night here at the centre
Feb. 17 it's Lucan pee wees and
bantams hosting the Stoneybrook
teams with the midgets taking on
the Ilderton team in their second
OMHA game. Come on out and
cheer these boys along, First
game starts at 7 pm sharp. See

The South Middlesex Hockey
league lias almost finished its
regular schedule with first place
clinched by Ailsa Craig last week.
Second, third, fourth and fifth po-
sitions are yet undecided with
three games each remaining in
the schedule,
We had a very poor crowd
here to our Saturday night dance,
because of bad weather — look-
ing for better crowds in the fu-
ture.
Public skating was also down
on Saturday, but it was very good
Sunday, Last Friday night in
minor hockey here at the centre
