Upon the dog being placed in pound, the owner or harborer shall become immediately lia- ble for a fee of $5.00 to be paid to the Pound Keeper whether the dog is claimed or not, together with Pound Keep- cr's fees in excess of $5,00 if dog is kept longer than five days and further if the owner is unable to produce proof that the dog has been vaccinated against rabies within the pre- vious two years, the dog shall then be vaccinated at the ex- pense of the owner or harborer before it is released. Any person finding a stray dog on his or her property within the confines of the Town- ship of Stephen has the right to have such animal delivered to the Pound in Exeter, All residents are asked to govern themselves accordingly.
