Exeter District Co-Operative is own-
ed by 400 members and it has total as-
sets of $350,000.
Each member is encouraged to attend
the annual meetings of the Co-Operative
and he has an equal vote with his fellow
members regardless of the amount of
money he may have invested.
Any person whether he is a member
or not may purchase from the Co-Opera-
tive and enjoy the advantage of lower
prices.
During the past year $1,800 was
paid out in Municipal Taxes and wages
to employees amounted to $38,000.
