A producer who is not in any of these counties may be-
come a member of the county group nearest to his place
of production.
The number of directors from each district is based on a
formula taking into account both the number of producers
and the acreage.
The number of committee men in each district is three
times the number of directors but with a minimum of five
in each district. The committee men are to be elected and
the Directors to be nominated at county meetings.
If more than the required number of directors is nominated
the election will be conducted by moil ballot.
The plan has been revised to give more democra-
tic representation from the various counties, If in
the future changes in the number of growers or
acreage occur; application can be made to the
Farm Products Market Board to ammend the Plan.

NOTE: The Company has been reorgan-
ized so that
(1) Each grower has equal voting rights
(2) The assets of the Company, which
have accumulated over the years from
all growers are returned to the growers
collectively
(3) Any decision as to the direction or
disposition of the Company will be made
by the growers and every grower will
have equal rights in any such decision.
Present Company bylaws ran be changed at
any annual or general meeting of the Company
provided proper notice of meeting has been
sent to all members.

GRAND BEND
The annual mother and daugh-
ter banquet of the CGIT and
Explorers was held Monday eve-
ning. Miss Ann. Sturdevant, CGIT
president, gave the address of
welcome. Elizabeth Kennedy in-
troduced the guests,
Miss Linda Miller and Ann
Sturdevant conducted the service
for girls receiving their White
Cord, Rev, and Mrs. G. E. Mor-
row presented the graduation pins
to CGIT and Mrs. Kenneth Free-
bairn presented the awards to
the Explorers Group. Miss Diana
Young gave toast to mothers to
which her mother, Mrs. J. Young,
responded. Melanie West thanked
the UCW group 3 who served the
dinner.
Miss Linda Miller introduced
the guest speaker, Mrs. Wm.
Blewett, who showed pictures
and spoke on her daughters' work
as teacher in Japan. Mary Lynne
Kennedy thanked Mrs. Blewett
and presented her with a gift.

MOTHER IS THEME
The Elimville UCW met last
Wednesday afternoon at the
church. Mrs, Squire Herdman
and Mrs. Ross Skinner were in
charge of the program with the
theme "In the Home with Moth-
er".
Mrs. Skinner gave the opening
story and Mrs. John Batten read
the scripture. Mrs. Howard Pym
favored with a solo. Mrs. R,
Skinner gave the study book.
Mrs. Jackson Woods gave the
study of "Women in The Bible"
and Mrs. Squire Herdman read
two stories.
During the business the roll
call was answered by a donation
for the kitchen shower.
Lunch was served by Unit 3
with Mrs. Floyd Cooper and Mrs.
Wm. Browne as hostesses.
PERSONALS
Mrs. Mildred Price of Detroit,
Mrs. Rachel Bell of Huronview,
Clinton, visited a couple of days
with Mr. & Mrs. Harold Bell.
Mr. Douglas Penhale, son of
Mr. & Mrs. Emerson Penhale,
broke his left arm Saturday when
he fell from a tree while playing
with other boys.

TO ENTERTAIN CRADLE ROLL
The afternoon unit of the UCW
met Thursday afternoon. Mrs.
Ezra Webb conducted the wor-
ship. Mrs. E, DesJardins com-
pleted the study book on God's
Frozen People.
Mrs. W. Gill presided for bus-
iness. It was decided to entertain
the mothers and children of the
Cradle roll and nursery class at
the June meeting.
The rummage sale on June 18
was discussed also an article
to be brought to general meeting
in June for bazaar.
The committee in charge of
June meeting includes Mrs. Colin
Love, Mrs. Myrtle McGregor,
Mrs. Elgin Webb and Mrs. Wm.
Love.
