house fire
Firemen Sunday pumped about
1,500 gallons of water into the
burning house of Cecil. Wright,RR
2, Granton, en the Biddulph Blan-
shard township line.
Fire broke out in the attic,
but fireman Ralph Westrnan said
the cause was unknown.
Mr. Wright said the roof was
damaged by fire and by firemen
cutting their way into the attic.
Smoke and water damaged most
of the rest of the house and con-

film about the troubles of today's
teenagers and how adults can
try to help them.

Ones" are Georgie Lee, Robert
Sampson, Johnny Crawford, Jean
Engstrom, Jerome Courtland,
Lurene Tuttle and Kim Darby
as "April". The Rev. Billy Gra-
ham makes a special stage ap-
pearance. Three popular songs
are presented. Tickets may be
purchased for $1.00 at Wilson's
Jewellery in Exeter. "The Rest,
less Ones" is a true portrayal,
In many ways, of the young people
of today. I believe this is a film
that every adult AND student
should see.

there will be an assembly held
for the purpose of hearing from
a representative of Toc-Alpha.

outstanding characteristics
in being one of a few Highway
Safety Stamps issued in the world,
and in that it breaks with tradition
by having the familiar visible
gum replaced by a tasteless,
virtually invisible gum with su-
perior adhesive qualities. The
Postmaster General also stated
the new adhesive had been used
because of its non-curling char-
