after all. It really would be a
waste of money to hire a teacher
for less than 75% of the children
eligible. There are many, many
children whose parents cannot
provide noon transportation.
After all, for the ones who
live along the east or south, we
didn't ask for the school to be
built away out there, We wanted
a central school. I can't see these
same parents being so ready for
car pools if the school had been
built near Woodham or Whalen.
I hope the children won1t miss
this excellent opportunity and
that maybe the board can find
a way to provide noon transpor-
tation for everyone in another
year.
