Rhubarb has always been a
sign of spring—until home freez,.
ers made it a treat we could
enjoy all year 'round. Even if
you don't have a home freezer
you can bring a touch of spring-
time to your table by picking
up a package of frozen rhubarb
at your grocer's where it is
surprisingly inexpensive, when
compared with other frozen
fruits.
In this recipe for rhubarb
bavarian cream pie you can use
either frozen or fresh rhubarb.
Honey seems to add smoothness
as well as sweetness to the
rhubarb mixtures, cutting the
acidity without taking away the
pleasant tartness of the rhubarb.
