The members were divided
into two groups instead of three
for this year. At the close of the
meeting Mrs, Stanley Steeper
gave a humorous poem on the
happenings of the UCW in 1966.

The United Church Women met
last Wednesday afternoon in the
church basement with Mrs. How-
ard Cunnington and Mrs. William
Riptide as hostesses. Mrs. Glen
Stewart, program A convenor,
was in charge of the worship
service assisted by Mrs. Victor
Jeffery.
Mrs. Ross Hodgert and Mrs.
Jack Stewart took a chapter of
the study book, Mrs. Arnold Cann
read a story.
Mrs. Edwin Miller, past pre-
sident, was in charge of the
Installation of Officers for 1966.
Mrs. Arnold Cann conducted a
Bible quiz.
Mrs. Donald Kernick, presi-
dent, took charge of the business.
It was decided to have a bake
sale in the spring and a bazaar
in the fall,
