Still time for

The prizes for the Lucan Busi-
nessmen's "Santa's S to c k ing
Contest" are now on display in
Paul Scragg's NuWay Motor
window.
A $1.00 purchase in any of the
stores listed, makes one eligible
for one of the prizes. Unlike the
"Witches' Brew" contest, there
will be 10 lucky winners. The
first nine will, in turn, take their
choice but the 10th, like Mrs. Leo
Whelihan, will win all the re-
maining prizes, so ten people
will be happy they decided to
shop in Lucan.
There has been some confusion
— and phone calls — as to the
duration of the contest, as it was
printed in last week's ad, Dec. 9-
23 and in the small print 9-13.
On phoning the T-A assurance
was given that the former, Dec.
9-23 was correct, so everyone
still has ample time to try for
a prize.
