Mr. & Mrs. Ted Lane and family Detroit spent the weekend with Mrs. Laura McCann and family.. Corn drying - Continued from page 13 it is through this that air passes through the grain, drying it slow- ly and naturally. A baffle inside this pipe can be raised or lowered, depending on the amount of grain in the bin and air is blown Into this pipe and then escapes through the sides, passing through the stored grain and out through the alumi- num slats in the side. The Tuckeys know they have a valuable installation and already are planning for next fall. And if the weather is damp they will use the bins for beans as well as corn and In doing so they will have saved themselves a lot of worry for this installation makes the farmer the boss during the har- vest and not the weather. It allows him to use the utmost capacity of his harvesting equipment and haVe safe storage and drying fa- cilities for his crop once it is harvested. iiiiiiii 11111111111111111111111111 lllll 1111 lllllllllllll III l ll 3 llllllllllll 11111111111111111111111111111111111111,11,1.11 llllllll 1111 THINKING ABOUT INVESTING?
