Are you in favour of the sale of liquor under a lounge licence for consump- tion on licensed premises? Those who are qualified to vote are: 1. Every man and every woman who, at the time of voting, (a) is of the full age of twenty-one years; (b) is a British subject; (c) is not disqualified under this A c t or otherwise prohibited by law from voting; (d) is resident in the muni- cipality for the two-month period up to and includ- ing polling day.
