The "right" thing to do in royal circles when a reigning monarch steps down from the throne is
to hand the honor to the next person in line. And the "right" person in these cases is the monarch's
younger brother, if he has one. Well, the Wright brothers of Exeter were certainly doing things
"right" by all these standards when Don succeeded his brother, Bill, to the throne at the annual
semi-formal dance of the Exeter Teen Town staged in the arena, Friday. Don and Bill are the sons
of Councillor and Mrs. Ted Wright. This year's "Queen" is Shirley Hern, daughter of Mr. and
Mrs. Ken Hern, and she was crowned by her predecessor, Lana Keller, daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
Milt Keller. A large crowd of teenagers enjoyed the event. --T-A photo
