And the "right" person in these cases is the monarch's younger brother, if he has one. Well, the Wright brothers of Exeter were certainly doing things "right" by all these standards when Don succeeded his brother, Bill, to the throne at the annual semi-formal dance of the Exeter Teen Town staged in the arena, Friday. Don and Bill are the sons of Councillor and Mrs. Ted Wright. This year's "Queen" is Shirley Hern, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ken Hern, and she was crowned by her predecessor, Lana Keller, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Milt Keller. Carmel lady falls, breaks arm Mrs. Joseph Regier fell and broke her arm on the ice last Saturday morning and was taken to St. Joseph's Hospital where her arm was put in a cast.
