A report released this week byPrincipal H. L. Sturgis shows that girls placed first—or tied for top spot,-in 109 subjects in the various grades. Boye names were listed as placing top or tying in 97 sub- jects. June Bender, RR 2 liensall, copped individual honors as she placed first in seven subjects in her 9E class. She failed by two marks to come first in history, and this would have given her top spot in all her eight subjects. Jim Knox, Exeter, placed Days may come and days may go, but Christmas Day has a special magi; and wonder all its own, May it be for you the very merriest of holidays! first in five subjects in 100, while four other students had four first place showings, Carol Lynn Shapton attained a perfect Spore with her 100 in 9A Mathematics, and Barbara Willert had a similar mark in Special Commercial.
