Some 1,200 people attended the Bunny Bundle hockey game at RCAF Station Centralia last week to
raise $543 for the crippled children's fund. CFPL Radio-TV all-stars downed the Centralia team
15-14 in a zany contest featuring clowns "Happy" and "Banjo", "Dr. Kildare","Miss Hale" and
penguins. Probably the happiest spectator was Lynn Marlowe, in wheelchair above, who was pre-
sented with the "Beetle Bunny" donated by John Dickins. Sgt. Guy Lebel, left, hairman of the
game committee, made the presentation. Centralia's own "Timmy", Ken Zink, received a gift from
the committee after dropping the puck for the opening face off between Dickins and Flt. Sgt. Jack
Seymour. With them for the ceremony were referee Tory Gregg, Sgt. Lebel and Flt. Sgt. Doug

unit of Grand Bend UCW was
held Monday evening with a good
attendance.
Mrs. Leroy Bariteau opened
the meeting with the devotional
her theme being "Repentance".
She was assisted by Mrs. Clark
Kennedy and Mrs. C. A. Brit-
tain. Mrs. Wm. Brenner sang
a solo.
The speaker for the evening
was Miss Wilma Dinnin. Her
topic "Citizenship" dealt with
responsibility in the commun-
ity. A film was also shown on
"Christian Citizenship".
Announcement was made of
the UCW Presbyterial meeting
to be held in James St. Church
Exeter on March 18 at 9;30 am.
Several committees were set
up for the bazaar this summer.
