SHOW DESSERTS
Members of the Elimville WI
enjoyed a demonstration on des-
serts in Elimville hall on
Thursday from 10-4 p.m. The
ladies brought their own lunch
and dessert and tea was sup-
plied.
The demonstrators Mrs. El-
son Lynn, Mrs. Newton Clarke
and Mrs. John Coward showed
the ladies how to make special
desserts which were sampled at
the noon meal.
In the afternoon several var-
ieties of cheeses, donated by
A & H Food Market of Exeter
were sampled along with var-
ieties of crackers and breads.
There were 29 ladies present.

Staffa area lady
dies in Stratford
Mrs. Ernest Templeman, 72,
of RR 1 Staffa, died Sunday,
February 23 at Avon Crest,
Stratford,
She was the former Mary
Miller. She married Ernest
Templeman in 1917. They farm-
ed in Hibbert Township. Mr.
Templeman died in 1960.
She was a member of Cro-
marty Presbyterian Church.
Surviving are one son, John,
of Hibbert; two daughters, Mrs.
Wilfred Anni s, Logan Township,
and Mrs. Alvin (Margaret) Cole,
Hibbert Twp; two brothers, Ja-
mes Miller, S e a f ort h, and
George of London; one sister,
Miss Margaret Miller, Sea-
forth.
Funeral services were con-
ducted by Rev, J. C. Boyne,
Exeter, at the Heath-Leslie fu-
neral home, Mitchell, with in-
terment in Staffa cemetery.

ruary 24 at the home of Mrs.
William Allen at 7 pm. There

Mrs. F. Wildman
former resident
Mrs. Frederick Wildman, 79,
formerly of Exeter, died in St.
Marys Hospital, London, Tues-
day, February 25. She had lived
with her daughter, Mrs. William
McKenzie, in London the past
two years.
Mrs. Wildman was the former
Eula Merle Moir. She had lived
in Exeter 22 years before going
to live with her daughter. Her
husband predeceased her in
March 1963.
She is survived by one son,
Edgar, and her daughter Emily
(Mrs. William McKenzie) and
five grandchildren, all of Lon-
don, and one brother, Clare
Moir of Windsor,
She was a member of Caven
Presbyterian Church. Rev. J.C.
Boyne will conduct funeral ser-
vices at the R. C. Dinney funeral
home on Friday, February 28.
Interment will be in Exeter
cemetery.

The Huron County Health Unit will hold a subsidized
minimum fee rabies clinic in the
Township Hall, Zurich
Tuesday, March 3
from 3:00 - 4:30 p.m.
Vaccination against rabies will be provided for dogs
and cats three months of age and over. A fee of 50 cents
per animal will be charged. Owners who require certifi-
cates of vaccination for export or other purposes should
consult their private veterinarian. No certificates will be
issued at this clinic.
Help prevent human exposure to rabies. Take advan-
tage of this opportunity to have your pets immunized.

The stand-up illustrated table here is a common sight in the crippled children treatment Centres
in Ontario. Easter Seal contributions buy such equipment, as well as provide a program of care,
treatment and rehabilitation for more than 16,000 crippled children in the province. The 1964
Easter Seel. campaign must raise $1,000,000 ih order to maintain the activities now being tar-
ried on by the Ontario Society for Crippled Children and its associated Servide Clubs. Seals will
be mailed a days by Exeter Liong Chile; Campaign Chairman K. J. LeMptrian announces:
