Stephen farmer
William Eagleson, 74, died
suddenly at his home in South-
cott Pines, Grand Bend, Satur-
day, November 30.
He farmed in Stephen Town-
ship until moving to Grand Bend
three years ago.
Surviving are his wife, the
former Ethel Isaac; one daugh-
ter, Mrs. Ross (Pauline) Guen-
ther, Dashwood; three sons,
Bruce, Grand Bend; William and
Ray of Detroit; one sister, Mrs.
Robert (Maria) Pollock, Park-
hill; eight grandchildren and
seven great grandchildren.
Funeral services were con-
ducted by Rev. C. A. Brittain
of Grand Bend United Church
at the Harry Hoffman funeral
home, Dashwood, on Tuesday,
December 3 with interment in
Grand Bend cemetery.
Pallbearers were Gerald,
Jack and Wayne Eagleson, Eu-
gene Guenther, Langford Ridley
and William Hicks.

bert Johns gave the treasurer's
report and It was moved to send
$50 to the Huron College fur-
nishings. The Kirktoe Horti-
culture Society presented the
Elimville UCW with $25 for the
purchase of shrubs or flowers to
decorate the church surround-
ings.
