Gemmell, Saturday afternoon.
Roll call was answered by all
members which was "My list of
varieties of cheese available in
local stores and those I have
tasted". The next secretary is
to be Anne Kleinharr.
Grace Riley and Dianne Stoll
made a custard and Mary Plumb
tested it for doneness, Donna
and Dianne Stoll brought a drink
that was made for the home
assignment and each girl tasted'
it.
The next meeting the girls are
going to the Blyth cheese factory
on Sept. 28 at 2 pm and later to
the home of the leader, Mrs.
Robert Gemmell,

Larry Dietrich, son of Mr.
and Mrs. Charles Dietrich, re-
gistered at the University of
Toronto last week for the
coming year.
Mr. and Mrs. Tom Ryan and
family were Sunday visitors
with Mr. and Mrs. Gerard Mc-
Carthy and family of Maidstone
and Mrs. Mike Ryan Sr. re-
turned home with them following
two weeks visit with her daugh-
ter.
Mr. Ed Houiahan of Sarnia and
Joseph Houlahan of Waterloo
University spent the weekend
with Mrs, Kathleen Houlahan
and family.
Mr. Larry Carey spent last
weekend in Windsor visiting his
cousin Rev. Father R. Glavin
and attended YCS Youth Rally
held at Corpus Christi High
School.
Good luck wrapped at the door
of Mr. and Mrs. Wilfred Hogan
last Thursday when the lucky
ticket was drawn which Mr.
Hogan purchased last June for
his wife from the Legion of
Exeter. Her ticket gave her keys
to a beautiful rolling home en-
tirely equipped for housekeep-
ing.
Mr. and Mrs. Joseph McCann
accompanied by Mr. and Mrs.
Donald Regier motored to Mid-
land for the weekend.
Mrs. Mary Kelly of St. Tho-
mas was a weekend guest with
her son, Rev. Father James
Kelly.
