We little knew when we aWeke
that morn,
The sorrow the day would bring,
The call was sudden, the shock
severe,
To part with one we loved so
dear,
Sometimes it's hard to under-

Why some things have to be,
But in His wisdom, God has
planned
Beyond our power to see.
God gave us strength to fight it,
And courage to bear the blow,
And what it cost to lose him,
No one will ever know.
