The 1963 licences are avail. able for 50 cents and should be purchased immediately from the Police Dep't at the Town Hall. One of the major benefits of licencing is the registration of bicycles which assists police in recovering stolen or lost bikes, It is to your advantage to have your bicycle registered. RIDING ON SIDEWALKS PROHIBITED Town bylaws forbid the rid- ing of bicycles on town side- walks and police have been instructed to enforce this reg- ulation. The bicycles of offenders will be impounded. Bicycle riders are also ad- vised to ride in single file, rather than abreast, when two or more are travelling to- gether. C. H.
