Used stamps aid
Bible evangelist
A letter was received by Mr s.
Gordon Schwalm of Hensell for
used stamps she collected from
members of the Arnold Circle,
WMS, Explorers, CGIT of Car-
mel Church and Hensall friends.
Four pounds of stamps were
forwarded.
It read "Thank you for your
used postage stamps. These are
sold to a local stamp dealer
and the money is forwarded to
England. Four full time Bible
selling evangelists are suppor-
ted from the revenue of used
stamps. These men are active
in Southeast Asia and South
America, distributing the word
of God. I remind you of the word
of Jesus when he said, "Inas-
much as ye have done it unto
one of the least of these, my
brethren, ye have done it unto
me". Any stamps at all are
fine, there is no need to sort
them".
