The 28'x24' building will house inlet, wet and pump wells, where sewer flow will be gathered for transfer to the lagoon in Stephen township on the west side of town. William Street storm sewers, both north and south of the river, will be connected, as will an interceptor sewer from Andrew St. An ejector station on the north bank of the river will pump sewage from that side to the station. The contractor, Gaffney Construction Co. Ltd., Stratford, estimates about 50% of the work has been completed. Bitterly cold weather hampered progress during January. -- T-A photo c Harmony Gals (B.
