cover tightly and parboil about

Add 1 cup sliced onions, brown
gently. Slake a creamy gravy
over the onions spicing with
salt, pepper and a little sage
using the saved stock, and milk
for the liquid. Reheat sausages
in this gravy and serve hot,

4 eggs yolks

4 egg whites.
Beat egg yolks and combine
with hot white sauce beating
furiously. Add meat and season-
ings. Cool. Fold into stiffly
beaten egg whites, Put into
greased easse'ole set in pan of
water and bake in a 350' oven
