in ,school fair .competitions
Mrs. Skinner gave notes on
vegetables for a main course,
the vegetable plate and the
oven dinner. The girls were
divided into four groups and
made out a family .menu which
were discussed afterwards. A
full vegetable plate was served
after demonstration consisting
of baked potatoes, lima beans
and celery, cheese sauce on
cauliflower and cabbage, mash-
ed squash and tomato wedges.
Discussion for the fourth
meeting was given on soups,
casseroles and relish plates and
home assignments for next
meeting is to prepare a new
vegetable supper dish and .check
results. on chart in members'
pamphlets.
Next meeting will be Monday
evening, Oct. 1 at 7 p.m.
