for Joseph A. Mitchell hi the
Marriott Funeral Home, St,
Marys, on Tuesday afternoon,
August 28,
Rev, L. A. Bennett officiated
and the pallbearers were Wil-
lard Garrett. Gordon Mardlin,
Lloyd Mardlin, George Oliver,
Westrnan. Onterment was in St.'
Marys Cemetery,
Mr. Mitchell died in St,
Marys Memorial Hospital,
Saturday, August 25, 1962, He
had spent most of his lifetime
farming in London Township
but in recent years had lived
at Revere and in Granton, Ills
parents were the late Joseph
and Mary (Beatson) Mitchell.
Surviving are his wife, form-
erly Gertrude McRoberts; one

Service Volunteer School at

branch of British Mortgage. He

holds reunion
The Hamilton family reunion
was held at Mitchell Park,
Sunday, August 26 with 51
present.
The present officers will act
for 1963. President is Alvin
Kemp; secretary, Mrs. R, D,
Sadler; social convener, Rob-
ert Hamilton. The reunion is to
be held at the same time and
same date in 1963.
