Mrs. Ernest Vodden, 66, died
at her late residence, Wood-
ham. on Tuesday. July 24, fol-
lowing a heart attack.
She was the former Minnie
Mae Talbot, daughter of
ham Henry and Elizabeth Tat-
hot, Stanley Township. Follow-
ing her marriage to Ernest
Vodden they spent 22 years in
Alberta, two years in Hayfield
and have lived in Woodham for
the past 16 years.
She was a member of Wood-
ham United Church,
Surviving besides her hus.
hand are two brothers, William
and. Leonard Talbot, Hayfield;
three sisters, Mrs. William
(Verda) Cameron, Seaforth,
Mrs. Lloyd. (Esther) Makins
and Mrs, Roy (Frieda) Scotch-
men, both of Hayfield,
Funeral services were con-
ducted at the Hopper-Hockey
funeral home, Exeter, on Fri-
day, July 27, with interment in
Exeter cemetery.
Pallbearers were Cecil Mur-
ray, Frank Routly, Alex Crago,
Arnold hero, fack Smith and
Leonard Thacker, Flower bear-
ers were Elmer Cameron, Bob
and Bettie Talbot and Arnold

dies in hospital
Mrs. Frank Levy, RR 3 St.
Marys, died Sunday at St,
Marys Memorial Hospital in
her 48th year, She had been a
patient in the hospital for
several days.
Mrs. Levy was a daughter of
Bert and Rachel (Kirk) Rundle,
and is survived by her husband,
three daughters, Rachel, Hilda
and Helen, at home; a sister,
Mrs. Jack (Hilda) Smith, of
Woodham, and a brother
liam, also of Woodham, and a
sister, Mrs. Wray (Madeline)
Sweitzer, Dashwood.,
The funeral service was held
at the Marriott funeral home,
St. Marys, Tuesday, at 2 p.m.
Burial was in Kirkton Union
cemetery.
