R. E, Pooley conducted the ceremony, giving a brief background of the men and their contributions toward Legion work. They were presented with their pins by former past presidents of the Exeter group. Two of the men are charter members and are shown in the front row examining the document that bears their name, They are Joe White, left, and Elmore Harness. Standing are the rear are: left to right, Norman worry, John Hunter, Hector Heywood and Bill Cutting.
