RCAF host to local clubs
Art Clarke, president of Exeter Kinsmen, signs the
guest register at the airmen's lounge, RCAF Centralia,
Wednesday night, April 25, when the station was host
to local service clubs, Fred Darling, vice-president of
Exeter Lions, waits to add his name to the register.
Supervising the signing is LAC Duncan Coughlin, presi-
dent of the airmen's club. The commanding officer,

UCW meets
The meeting of the Elimville
UCW was held on Wednesday
afternoon with hostesses Mrs,
William Routly and Mrs, Ross
Skinner. Mrs Elson Lynn had
charge of the program as-
sisted by Mrs. Newton Clarke
reading the scripture and tel-
ling thr story of the "Lord's
Supper."
Highlights of the l'CW work-
shop held last week were
given by Mrs. Lynn, Mrs. Hor-
ace Delbrdge and Mrs. Rout-
ly,
The study book was given by
Mrs, Routly and Mrs. 'Jack-
son Woods, had charge of the
Bible study, Misses Janet and
Kathy Horn sang a duct.
During the business it was
moved to purchase two tea•
pots.

The Elimville 'NTH held an
Easter sunrise service at the
church on Sunday morning at
7 a.m.
Miss Shirley Johns, the pres-
ident, presided for the service
