The ladies of the WMS and Evening Auxiliary were guests of the Staffa WAIS at the Eas- ter meeting which was held in the church hall last Wednesday evening. CGIT girls entertain The CGIT girls with their leader, Mrs. M, Lamond enter- tained ...the members of the WMS and their mothers at a pot luck dinner in the church school- room on Monday afternoon. Auxiliary quilts The meeting of the Marian Ritchie Evening Auxiliary was held at the home of Mrs. Cliff Miller in the form of a quilting. Mrs John Miller presided and led in devotions assisted by Mrs J Templeman. The study was given by Mrs. E. Allen and Mrs„ H. Parsons had the. topic.. Several visitors were also present. A special Easter message was read by Mrs. Frank Hamilton, WMS studies port work Mrs. Calder McKaig presided for the Easter meeting of the WAS which was held in the church on Good .Friday eve- ning Mrs. Grace Scott. Mrs. M. Lamond, Mrs, McKaig and Mrs. T. Laing took the deve- tonal. The study on port work and immigratimi was given by Mrs T. L. Scott. Miss Olive Spear gave an Easter reading. Current events were reviewed by Mrs. J. M. Scott, The Munster Rev J. Boyne gave a short address bearing on the Easter story. A special musical number. as contri- buted by the CGIT girls with Mrs. W. Muller accompanying Courtesy remarks were given by Mrs, W. Harper. An invitation was accepted by members to attend the 50th anniversary of Edelweiss Lodge, Seaforth, May 10 at 6:30 p.m. Following the meeting a pro- gram included vocal solos by Airs. Wm.
