The bride, given in marriage
by her father, chose a semi-for-
mal gown of white crystalette
with fitted bodice and bouffant
skirt. A coronet of sequins held
her chapel-length, three tiered
scalloped veil of nylon net and
she carried a white Bible
crested with pink Sweetheart
roses with white streamers.
She wore her great grand-
other's pearl earrings also the
pearl sunburst of the groom's
mother which she wore on her
wedding, the gift of the groom.

Frances Dianne Johns. daugh-
ter of Mr. and Mrs. Lewis
Johns, RR 3 Exeter. and the
groom's parents are Mr. and
Mrs, Otto Gerstenskorn. Luc-
beck, Germany.

RR 1 Woodham, furnished the
wedding music and accompan•
led the soloist. Miss Margaret

Given in marriage by her
father, the bride wore a floor-
length gown of net over satin
with ]ace bodice featuring long
sleeves and square neckline.
Colored sequins and pearls de ,
corated the bodice, A tiara of
sequins and pearls held her
shoulder-length veil. She car-
ired a cascade of rod roses
and white carnations.

in a dress of gold lace over
matching peau-deesoie. She car-
ried a gathering basket of white
shasta daisies. Mrs. Donald
Webster, Exeter, and Miss

with petal overskirts, They car-
ried gathering baskets of yel•
low shasta daisies,

One year service stars were
presented to Sylvia Cann, Eli-
zabeth Snell, Linda Wells,
Brenda Disney. Debbie John-
ston and Linda Blanchard. Also
presented at the opening exer-
cises was the cup which is
awarded to the patrol gaining
the most points during the
month of March. These points
are based on inspection, games
and attitude.
The cup was presented to
the Scarlet Tanager Patrol,
accepted by Patrol . Leader

The competition was close as
seen by these results: Scarlet
Tanager Patrol 91 points;
Oriole Patrol, 90; Canary , Pa-
trol 89; Swallow Patrol, 87, and
Bluebird Patrol, 83.
The Swallow Patrol has de-
cided to go a hike on Sat-
urday, April II. They are to
meet at Patrol Leader Caro-
lynne Simmon's at 11 o'clock.
At campfire, Linda Hunter-
Duvar told of her visit to Tor-
onto on April 4 to see Lady
