The governor urged greater
interest by Kinsmen in public
speaking, pointing out the ben-
efits which can be derived by
the individual and by the or-
ganization. He encouraged the
clubs to sponsor candidates in
the Kinsmen speaking compe-
titions.
He reported that expansion
of the number of clubs has
created a problem of adminis-
tration for this district and in•
cheated that consideration was
being given to splitting the
area into two administrations.
The governor was introduced
by his predecessor, Bill Mickle,
of the Hensall club.
