dies in Detroit
Ycung Frank Creech, a fer-
nier resident of Exeter, died
suddenly from a heart attack in
Detroit on Saturday, Jan, 13.
The deceased was born in
Exeter and spent his early life
in this district, later going to
Detroit where he worked as an
electrician.
tie is survived by his wife,
Helen, and a step-daughter,
Mrs. Jim. Daley.
Burial took place at the Exe-
ter cemetery on Tuesday after-
noon. Service was conducted
by Rev. S. E. Lewis. Funeral.
arrangements were in charge
of R. C, Dinney, Pallbearers
were Messrs. Mel Kennedy,
Bert Bissett, William Rollins,
Frank, Joe and Ray Creech,
Attending the funeral from
Detroit were Mrs. Creech, Mr.
and Mrs. Jim Daley and daugh-
ter Lorraine, Mrs, Kate Olsen
and Mr. and Mrs. Mel Ken-
nedy.
Two guys met at a bar.

stay out as late as this?"
"Nothing," replied the other,
"Fin not married."
The first fellow pondered that
for a moment and said, "Then
why do you stay out as late as
