The committee will call another meeting after they get their findings. It was here that the 'concep- tion of the telephone took place during the summer visit of Alexander Graham Bell to his father's residence in 1874, and on August 10, '1876 ' the first long distance telephone call was made between. This museum is under the supervision of the United Church of Canada and is the site of the first Christian Indian village in the country. Lunch was eaten at a park in Windsor. The girls spent over three hours at the zoo after which the bus came back by way of Port Huron. The 9th Sarnia. Guide Company and.
