operation. A banquet has been
set for Monday, May 1 in the
Exeter Legion Hall at 6:30

Heywood are the girls' ban-
tam champs. Doug Beaver,
one of the smoothest bowlers
in the league, 'has captained
the Wilcicate to the bantam
title in the boy's division. In-
dividual winners for girls are
Linda 'Wells, high average;
Elizabeth Snell. high single
and Joan Campbell, high dou-
ble.
Two teams are heading for
Sarnia this Saturday to par-
ticipate in the 4th Annual
Western Counties Tournament,

who have obtained the serv-
ices of professional Fred Huila,
Bayfield, for instruptipn pur-
poses,
To date, 40 applications
have been filled to attend the
school. All it costs is 75e a
night and everyone is welcome.
Last° Wednesday, kir, Hulls
stressed the proper grip and
stance along with the funda-
mentals of the game. When
warmer weather arrives, the
school will move down to the
Exeter Driving Range.
Square Dancing
Mrs. Bren DeVries, who has
been working overtime in aid-
ing the square dancing classes
at the Exeter •arena, tells us
that there will definitely be a
dance this Friday night from
8.9,30 p,m. for ehildren rang-
ing from 11 to :5 years of
age. Admission is only e dime.
Doug Grayer, Joan and Max
Harness, Norm Whiting and
Norm Ferguson are also prom-
inent at the dances, Last week
