Exeter, died at South Iuron
Hospital Monday, May 10.
He was born in Birmingham,
England, in 1885. After the
death of his father and mother
he came to Canada in 1902 and
made his home with the late
Mr. and Mrs. Walter John Oke.
He was a member 0 James
Street United Church and sang
in the choir for mane years,
There are no surviving rela-
tives,
The funeral service took place
Wednesday, April 12, conduct-
ed by Rev, S, E. Lewis at the
Dinney funeral home with in-
terment M Exeter cemetery.
Bearers were Donald Oke,
John Oke, Ross Cottle, Mervyn
Dayman, Alvin Moir and John
Jones.
