entertain the CGIT at their
December meeting and they will

this meeting,
Ladies elect officers
The Elimville. WMS and WA
held their November meeting at
the home of Rev. and Mrs. IL
C. Wilson last Wednesday after-
noon,
Mrs. Philip Hern had charge
of the program. 'Mrs. John Cow-
, gird read the scripture and Mrs.
RRoss Skinner gave a chapter

Disturbed."
Rev. H. C. Wilson presented
the slate of officers for the com-
ing year.
During the business Rev. Dr.
J. Semple and Mr. Hugh McCon-
nell. gave some interesting facts
en the oncoming election being
held in Huron county on Novem-
ber 30.
Mrs. Philip, Johns favoured
with a' piano instrumental and
treasurer's reports showed the
allocation was met.

4-H Club
The first meeting of the Elim-
ville 4-H Club was held on Wed-
nesday, November 11 in the hall.
There are 15 girls taking the
course "Clothes Closets up to
Date."
In the election of officers
president named was Shirley
Johns; secretary, Ann Creery;
press reporter, Prances Skin-
ner.
The leaders, Mfrs. D. Skinner
and Mrs, Theron Creery gave
out pamphlets and outlined the
club requirements, Hat stand-
ards were cut out, Roll call for
next meeting is 'My Present
type of Clothes Closet."
The second meeting was held
in Winchelsea school last Tues-
day. The president Shirley Johns
conducted the business—when it
was decided to name the club
`The Tidy-Ettes."
The girls made bias binding
and sewed it on sample material.
Miss Bette Tillman, home eco-
nomist for Huron will be a guest
at the next meeting on Saturday,
December 5 at 2 p.m. in Win-
chelsea school.
