Crediton Closeteers
The third meeting of the Credi-
ton Closeteers was held Friday
at 4 o'clock at the Community
Centre, The roll call was "One
necessity of a clothes closet."
The leaders demonstrated how
to make a garment cover and to
cover a hat box and "Good
Clothes Closet Essentials" were
discussed.

Eleven members and one visi-
tor were present at the Nevem-
ber WMS and WA meetings at
the home of Mrs. Bert Duffield.
Mrs. Alton Neil was in charge
of the WMS with the theme "The
;claims of a Mission."
In the worship service Mrs,
Neil was assisted by Mrs. Wil-
liam Morley Jr,
It was decided during the
business meeting that each mem-
ber he asked to bring fruit,
eggs and a toy 'to the December
Meeting for the Thos, Allway
Ilonae, London, for Christrnas.
Mrs. Duffielkl presided over
the WA meeting. Mrs. Aiiine
Pullen, Mrs. Elahre and Mrs,
Ray Parkinson assisted in the
devotional service,
Mrs. William Morley Jr. re-
ported $140 taken in at the re-
cent bazaar. Mrs. Ray Parkin-
son and Mrs, Alton Neil were
appointed to make the107ch
committee lists out for 196
After some discussion it was
decided to change the regular
:meeting day from the second
Thursday of each month to the
second Tuesday. Plans were
made and committees appointed
to serve a wedding dinner in the
Sunday School rooms of the
church early in December.

The ladies were divided into
four groups and answered ques-
tions on the following headings,
(1) Marriage in general () pre-
marital eounseling (3) the wed-
ding service (4,) other consideral

Mrs. Mired Merrier presided
for the business. A Christian
Growth Institute was held in
Grace Lutheran Church Mitchell
November 16, Five hundred
pounds of clothing were packed
by Group II for European Re-
lief with Guenther -Tuckey clone -
ting their trucking services to
Kitchener.
The December meeting will be
the annual meeting and Christ:
Inas party combined. Each mem-
ber is to bring a cash donation
for the Children's Aid at Gode-
rich.
Closing devotions on marriage
were conducted by Pastor Zorn.

The Grand Bend 4-H Home-
makers Club, "Gay Gals," held,
the, November meeting at the
home of Mrs. Les Adams. Mrs.
Ed Gill opened the meeting with
the 4-H pledge and the roll call
was answered with "Your pre-
sent method of clothes storage."
An explanation of up-to-date
clothes closets was given by the
leaders.
Officers for the new year
were chosen with president, Ka-
ren Taylor, press correspondent,
June Morenz and secretary, Ei-
