CIPAL COUNCIL of the Town
of Exeter intends to pass a By -
Law at its regular meeting on
the 2nd day of November, 1959,
authorizing the Clerk of the said
Municipality to apply to the
Judge of the County Court of the
County of Huron for an Order to
close a portion of Nelson Street,
in the Town of Exeter, which
portion can be more particularly
described as follows: The West-
erly Two Hundred and Fifty-
seven point Four feet (257.4'),
being bounded on the east by the
production northerly of the east-
erly limit of Lot 729, according
to Plan Number 20 for the Town
of Exeter; and being bounded
on the west by the easterly limit
of Lot Number 745, according to
Plan Number 20 for the Town
of Exeter.
AND FURTHER TAKE NO-
TICE that unless objections are
formerly made to the said
Council by any person who
claims to be adversely affected
prior to or at the regular meet-
ing of the said Council on the
2nd day of November, 1959, the
