The raffle brought by Mrs. Ilarold Knight was won by Mrs. Clarke. • Family celebrates father's birthday Mr. John Passmore and fam- ily celebrated his 81st birthday Thanksgiving afternoon at ,Arm- strong's Restaurant, Exeter, when 31 sat down to a turkey dinner with only one absent — Miss Judy Passmore of Delhi, nurse -in -training at St. Joseyh's Hospital, Hamilton. Mr. Passmore was presented wtih a purse of money by the family, the presentation being made by Mrs. W. J. MacLean, Hamilton. Following the dinner the family went to the home of Mr. Passmore where a social evening was enjoyed. Attending the celebration were Mr, and Mrs. W. J.
