of Canada for the past six years,

presentation at the plant on Fri-
day afternoon when the employ-
ees presented him with a hand
some gold wrist watch.

Philip Johns fell through a trap
door in the barn ,of Mr. Lorne
Elford last Tuesday evening
while playing with other'chil-
dren.
Mr. Elford rushed Janice and
her parents to Exeter to the
doctor. Later she was removed
to London hospital where she
was operated on for a fractured
skull,
Janice is improving nicely,
hoping to return home the end
of next week.
