Whereas by the Dog Tax Stock
Protective Act, Chapter 107, 1950,
section 6, by-laws may be passed
by the councils of townships pro-
hibiting the running of dogs at
large within the municipality or
any defined area thereof.
1. During the period from May
15 until October 1, no person
who possesses, harbors or owns
a dog shall allow it to run at
large within the limits of the
Police Village of Dashwood.
This does not include personal
property of, the owner of the dog.
