It was a stormy Christma We thought Mom would h spend Christmas in the hos When we got to the hospital doctor said Mom could go home we all got into the truck and start home. When we were halfwa home they started to close th roads. Mom was afraid we would- n't get home but we finally made it. We put Teddy under the tree in his basket while we had supper. After supper we took pictures of Teddy in a red suit like Santa's. First Bev held Teddy and mom took the picture. Then I held Teddy and we got our picture taken. One of the nurses at the hospital gave Mom a stocking that Teddy could fit in but we didn't put Teddy in it. That night Mom invited our GRANDVIEW LUNCH & GAS BAR BLYTH 523-4471 "If your wifecan'tcook don't divorce her. Eat at our place." neighbours over to visit for a while. It was the first time since I'd been born that we didn't have relatives with us. After our neighbours left Bev and leach opened one present. Bev opened mine and I opened hers. I gave her a colouring book and she gave me the same. We coloured until it was time for bed. Bev and I were too excited to sleep butwe finally fell asleep. The next thing we knew we were opening present after present. Teddy had a whole corner full of toys. He got just about as much as ev and I. After it was all over I think it was the best Christmas anyone could have and I will never forget it as long as I live.
